Ordering & Payment
Ordering from our website is easy and you can do it in four different ways:
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express credit cards and Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo debit cards. Please note that cheques must clear before orders can be shipped and should be denominated in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to 'BagsDirect'. For all the offline telephone numbers and addresses you may need, check our contact details page. For orders which are required urgently or by a particular date, we recommend that you contact us first by telephone to ensure your item is in stock. We are able to offer a number of next day delivery options, including before 9:00am, available on request at additional costs. Despatch & Delivery
Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday-Friday exc. public holidays) are processed same day and despatched according to their individual delivery times. These times are quoted on a per product basis and visible on each and every product page of our website. If for any reason there's a major delay with the expected delivery time, we'll contact you and explain the situation. As items are despatched from different satellite warehouses throughout the UK, it is not unusual to receive deliveries over multiple days. Delivery grouping is available on request.
The majority of our deliveries made in the UK & Irish Republic are by Parcelforce insured courier. From time to time we may elect to despatch smaller goods by Royal Mail recorded delivery. In both cases a signed for service is used, and requires someone to be at the designated shipping address to receive the delivery. We are more than happy to deliver goods to a work address, providing you inform the receiving party of the designated delivery.
When ordering from the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Irish Republic and UK Islands please allow a couple of extra days delivery time. At this we are unable to offer delivery to PO Box numbers and BFPO addresses. During times of peak seasonal demand (for example Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, but especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery.

BagsDirect Terms & Conditions Of Sale
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Particulars set out, supersede any Terms & Conditions previously in use, they are based upon English, Scottish & Irish Law, with any disputes being resolved by the Courts of England. The purchase of any goods from this website constitues your agreement to the terms & conditions set out below.
1. The term "Supplier" means BagsDirect, the term "Purchaser" refers to the Buyer throughout these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Supplier reserves the right to "Title of the Goods" until payment is made in full.
3. No alteration of these Terms & Conditions can be made, unless they are agreed in writing by both parties.
4. All Prices quoted are those set out in the "Suppliers" quotation, but excludes "Delivery Charges" to either one or multiple locations, or unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment Terms:
a. Payment is strictly required to be made in advance of dispatch of the goods.
b. Payment could be made by credit card, debit card, cheque, cash and bank transfer.
6. Deliveries:
a. For the majority of purchases, an insured courier delivery service is used. For smaller items Royal Mail recorded delivery will be used.
b. Deliveries of in stock Falcon brand products are next day. All other brands such as Samsonite, Antler and Radley are sent from satellite warehouses (subject to stock availability) and may take between 2-7 days.
c. All deliveries made to the "Purchaser" should be checked thoroughly before signing for. Failure to complete the checking of the Goods Delivered and the reporting of any such Shortages or Damages, would be deemed by the "Supplier" that the Goods have been accepted by the "Purchaser" complete and unharmed.
d. All Damages or Shortages, should be reported to the "Supplier" within 24 Hours and in writing.
e. Under certain circumstances and out-with the control of the "Supplier" in particular when Goods are sourced from a third party Manufacturer or other Supplier, delays may occur, when and if this event does happen, the "Supplier" will notify the "Purchaser" as soon as it is reasonable, that there will be a delay in delivery.
7. Acceptance of Quotations & Artwork:
a. The "Supplier" can only process an order following the receipt of a signed "Order Acknowledgement" and "Artwork Approval" signed for by an Officer of the Purchaser.
b. Customized and printed orders will be accepted on a "Non-Returnable" basis.
c. The "Supplier" will always present a plain sample product to the "Purchaser" for acceptance before printing, at unit price.
