I found the customer service at Bags Direct to be superb. I dealt with Steve who was helpful, accommodating and even called me back when he said he would on numerous occasions which is no mean feat in these days of online shopping! The bag itself is perfect and is exactly what I wanted for my husband who also loves it! Would definately use this company again. Only thing I would say is that they should use parcelforce for deliveries to Northern Ireland. We are part of the UK and using Parcelforce means we do not have to pay over inflated delivery charges! Great shopping experience overall.
