Ordering from our website is easy and you can do it in four different ways:
We accept Mastercard, Visa (Debit, Delta, Electron, Corporate), American Express, Maestro, Switch and Solo payment cards.
Please note that cheques must
clear before orders can be shipped and should be denominated in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank and
made payable to 'Bags Direct'. For all the offline telephone numbers and addresses you may need, visit
our contact details page. For orders which are required urgently or by a
particular date, we recommend that you contact us first by telephone to
ensure your item is in stock. We are able to offer a number of next day delivery options, including before
9:00am, available on request at additional costs.

Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday-Friday exc. public holidays)
are processed same day and despatched according to their individual delivery times.
It is not possible for us to guarantee despatch after 3:00pm for next day, however
we will try our best. If in doubt, please contact our customer service.
All delivery times are quoted on a per product basis, visible on each and every product
page of our website. For all items which we can deliver next working day, look out for
our Blue truck symbol.
Deliveries are made only on working days, which are defined as
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm excluding public holidays. If for any reason there's a major delay with the
expected delivery time, we'll contact you and explain the situation. As items are
despatched from different satellite warehouses throughout the UK, it is not unusual
to receive deliveries over multiple days. Delivery grouping is available on request.
The majority of our deliveries made in the UK & Irish Republic are by Parcelforce
insured courier. From time to time we may elect to despatch smaller goods by Royal
Mail recorded delivery. In both cases a signed for service is used, and requires
someone to be at the designated shipping address to receive the delivery. We are more
than happy to deliver goods to a work address, providing you inform the receiving
party of the designated delivery.
When ordering from the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Irish Republic and
UK Islands please allow a couple of extra days delivery time. At this time we are unable
to offer delivery to PO Box numbers and BFPO addresses. During times of peak seasonal
demand (for example Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, but especially at
Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check
our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery.
