Our specialist team will take your corporate logo through a process known as
digitisation to produce a suitable embroidery file. With this file and suitable
machinery, you logo will then be sewn either directly onto your chosen product, or
onto a badge which is later sewn on to your product. Embroidery produces high
quality, colourful, and durable imagery onto a vast array of products. Embroidery
is recommended for a cost effective, professional look.

From your initial artwork or logo, we produce a specialist polyester mesh screen.
The screen is then placed atop of your product and ink pushed through.
Screen printing achieves very high quality results, on otherwise difficult to brand
materials. Multi colour designs are made possible by applying multiple layers of
ink. Screen printing is recommended for products which are subject to high levels
of stress; messenger bags, flapover bags, and backpacks.

Digital print transfers are a relatively new technology, and aim to complete a
much needed sector in the market. Offering many advantages over existing technologies
including; low minimum order quantities, fast lead times, full photographic quality
and relative cheap setup and running costs. Digital print transfers are heat applied
to products and produce a clean crisp finish, robust enough for everyday use.

Debossing -
A metal die is heat pressed onto the material and leaves a permanent impression of
your corporate logo. The process of debossing produces a very professional, high
quality distinguished finish.
Foil Blocking –
This process can be applied to material as is, to produce an effect similar to
that of screen printing or cut vinyl, or alternatively can be combined with the
process of debossing. When combined with debossing, the result is a permanent impression
of your corporate logo with either Gold or Silver fill.
Cut Vinyl –
Using a process similar to that used by sign writers, your corporate logo is machine
cut from rolls of specialist vinyl and then heat applied to your product. Cut Vinyl
produces a very high quality professional finish, similar to that of a traditional
screen print. Cut Vinyl provides the ideal solution for single colour logos.
